of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Audit (Amendment) Ordin- Shende. Ance 1978.

2. Section 211 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendmem of on behalf of the Governor,".

J. Section 12 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (1)[(6) by inserting after "submit to the Governor"

the following-

"as President of the Legislative Cound(";

(6) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following-

"(2) Within the period of three months, or such longer period as the Governor may determine, after the receipt of the report and certified statements from the Director under subsection (1), a copy of the report and certified statements,
