An Ordinance to amend the Public Order Ordinance.
(28th April, 1978)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Order (Amendment) Shan dude. Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 33 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
Arazi davett of pection 33.
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "conviction" and substituting the (Cap. 241.3
following-
"summary conviction or conviction on indictment";
(b) it subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (b)(iv) and substituting
the following-
"(iv) subject to the provisions of the Training Centres Ordinance, to detention In a training centre under that Ordinance:"; and
