BIXX. (1) This section applies to any appeal- (a)

under section B2 against conviction;

(b) under section 83) against a verdict of not guilty by

(2) Where an appeal to which this section applies it llowed, the Court of Appeal may, subject to subsection (3), rder the payment out of the public revenue of the costs f the appellant.

(3) No order shall be made under this section where~~

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Caufen. Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1978,

123A. The Authority may, by order published in the and 127C Gazette, designate any mortuary operated by the Authority (Cap. 132) as a public funeral hall.

1238. The management and control of every public funeral hall shall be vested in the Authority.

123C. The Authority may make regulations in relation to public funeral halls prescribing or providing for-

(a) the reception, treatment and custody of human

remains;

(b) the management and operation of public funeral halls including the exclusion or removal of persons therefrom:
