An Ordinance to azend the Police Force Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Force (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1977.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 30 the following new section

31. (1) Notwithstanding any dismissal. provision of this Ordinance

and any other law, provision of Colonial Regulations or the Regulations of the

Short title,
