Amendment of Schedule.

Section 15E of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(4) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following—

"(1) This section shall apply to any agreement entered into by the Collector with any corporate body under section 15A."; (6) in subsection (2XB) by deleting "person" and substituting the

following-

(c) in subsection (4)—–—–—–

"corporate body"";

by deleting "person" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each place the following-

"corporate body"; and

(ii) by deleting "or cxecuted, as the case may be,"

(d) in subsections (5), (6) and (7)--

6. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-

(d) by deleting beads 7, 17, 33, 35 and 51;

(i) by deleting "$75,000” wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following-

(i) by deleting $75.730" wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following-

"$100,990":

(ii) by deletios "$150,000" wherever it occurs and substituling io each place the following-

(iv) by deleting "$152,702" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each place the following--

(v) by deleting “5730" and substituting the following-

"*$990";

(vi) by deleting “$1,500" and substituting the following-

"$1,750", and

(vi) by deleting "$2,702" and substituting the following-

(c) in head 53(1) by deleting paragraphs (2) and (b) and substituting

the following-

"(d) of the value of the land disposed of, conveyed or transferred" does not exceed $100,000 and the in- strument is certified in accordance with section 128 at $100,000;

(b) if the value of the land disposed of, conveyed or transferred exceeds $100,000 but does not exceed $100,990 and the instrument is certified in accordance with rectico 128 at $100,990;

(c) if the value of the land disposed of, conveyed or transferred exceeds $100.990 but does not exceed $175,000 and the instrumeal is certified in accordance with section 121 at $175,000;

G) if the value of the land disposed of, conveyed or transferred exceeds $175,000 but does not exoped $178,150 and the instrument is certified in accordance with sec- tion 12B at $178,150;
