An Ordinance to amend the Stamp Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof,

(1) Thin Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Short tide, Ordinance 1977.

(2) This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on Applicatiça. the 1st April 1977 and paragraphs (6) and (2) of section 6 shall apply to documenti executed on or after that date.

2 Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Amendment of definition of "comprador order".
