An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)
Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
*. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Con- Short Que.
solidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.
1 Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in subsection (3)
(i) by deleting "$1,000" and substituting the following-
"$5,000"; and
(i) by deleting "12 per cent" and substituting the following-
"20 per cent"; and
(b) by inserting after subsection (3) the following new subsections-
"(3A) Subject to subsection (3B) in determining the amotal of expenditure on additions or improvements for the purposes of subsection (3), expenditure incurred in the 6 months immediately prior to the date of the application to the tenancy tribunal may be aggregated
