Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Recruiting start ulo, of Seamen) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1975,
2. The heading to Part VI1 of the principal Ordinance is amended Acolmeks af by deleting "Deputy Naval, Store OFFICER" and substituting the follow- beading to ing-
"ROYAL FLEBET AUXILIARY BBCRUTTING OFFICER".

3. Sections 2, 10, 34, 42, 44, 46, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82. Amendment of 83, 84, 85 and 86 of the principal Ordinance are amended by deleting sections 2 10. "Deputy Naval Store Officer wherever those words occur and substituting 344 43. 44. 46 in each place the following—
"Royal Fleet Auxiliary recruiting officer".

Section 34 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment of after subsection (10) the following new subsection-
"(D) Notwithstanding section 26 of the Magistrates Ordinance, a complaint or information in respect of an offence under this section may be made or laid at any time within 3 years from the date of the offence.",
