An alteration of a condition contained in the roemorandum of association of a gust company purporting to have been made by that company before the commencement of this Ordinance to such extent as was required to enable the company to comply with the requirements of section 77(2) of the Trustee Ordinance shall not be invalid by reason only that such alteration was made in contravention of section 7 of the Companies Ordinance,
