An Ordinance to amend the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Com- Short title pensation (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come into and com-

mencement, operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in Amendment paragraph (a) of the proviso the subsection (1) by deleting "one of section 2. thousand five hundred" and substituting the following-

"two thousand”.
