Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment Short title (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come into operation on

a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in Amendment subsection (2)(a) by deleting "fifteen hundred" and substituting of section 3. the following-

"Two thousand”.
