74. (1) Where by regula

tions made under section 7 the Urban Council is empowered to issue any licence, the Urban Council may, by notice pub lished in the Cazerre, specify the fees payable in respect of any such licence.

(2) Until the Urban Council shall specify fees pay- able in respect of any licence under subsection (1), the fees payable therefor shall be a prescribed in regulation. 176 of the Places of Public Entertain- ment Regulations,”.

Regulation 2 is amended by deleting the definition of "licensing authority" and substituting the following

174. (1) When it appears to any police officer nat under the rank of Superintendent, that by reason of any breach of these regulations or for any other reason whatsoever, it is necessary for the safety cr preservation of any person or any property, or the avoidance of any casually, or the preven tion or discontinuance of any disorder, or the prevention DI discontinuance of any public entertainment offensive to good manners or decorum or calcu- lated to corrupt public morals so to do, it shall be lawful for bin and for any police officer specially authorized by the Commissioner of Police in that behalf to order, in person, that any place of public entertain- meat be temporarily closed or vacated, and upon such order every member of any audience, and every other person who- soever, shall forthwith comply with such order in an ordery manner.
