(1) Any place of public entertainment the man- agement and control of which is vested in the Urban Council under the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance may, If the Building Authority and the Director of Fire Services have no objection, be classified by the Urban Council as suit- able for the presentation of entertainments of a particular kind.
