An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates (Amend meat) (No. 2) Ordinance 1972.

2. Section 104 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsections (1) and (5) by deleting "seven”, wherever it occurs, and substituting the following-

"fourteen".

3. Section 105 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting "seven" and substituting the following-
