An Ordinance to amend the Legal Practitioners Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.
2. Section 27 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting paragraph (0) and substituting the following-
"(a)
(6) he has been called to the Bar in England or Northern Ireland; or
(i) he has been admitted as an advocate in Scotland; or
(iii) he has qualified as a barrister in Hong Kong in accordance with such requirements as may be
