An Ordinance to amend the Matrimonial Causes Ordinance.
[1st April, 1972.]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Ordinance 1972 and shall come into operation on the 1st April 1972.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after Section 54 the following new Part-
