一九七一年教育條例(即香港法例一九七一年第五十二條) 一九七一年教育規例

本規例將原有教育現例予以電了。以便作若干掛號,此乃由於一九七 一年教育蝶例之新訂而引起者。

規例第八十三規定校監須將假期及教育的規定慈榜必須上脾之日期 知校長。按每圳須開核准之假期表張貼在校脅內當眼處。

⁂根據規洲第九十七款,凡日被學校開除或暫鑥作帶之學生,如未接收有 然之許可而擅自進入該校校合內者即屬珠法。

七、規例第一方三款與條例所需用之各款表格加以規定。

EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Education Ordinance 1971. the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Education (Amendment) Regulations 1971.

2. Regulation 48 of the principal regulations is amended

by deleting “Schedule" and substituling the following-

"First Schedule".

3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by being renumbered as the First Schedule.

4.

The principal regulations are amended by adding, after

the First Schedule, the following new Schedule-

Citation.
