HONG KONG STADIUM ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 270).
HONG KONG STADIUM BY-LAWS 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Hong Kong Stadium Ordinance. the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Hong Kong Stadium By-laws 1971.
2. In these by-laws, unless the context otherwise requires-
"manager" means a person appointed to be manager of the stadium
by the Director;
"member of the staff'' means any person appointed by the Director
to assist the manager.
3. Except with the consent of the Director or of the man- ager duly authorized by the Director in that behalf, no person, other than a member of the staff, shall enter or remain in any part of the stadium-
(a) during any period when the stadium or any such part
thereof is declared closed to the public:
(b) the exclusive use of which has been granted under sec- lion 4 of the Ordinance, except in furtherance of a purpose for which such grant is made.

The manager, or any member of the staff duly authorized
by him in that behalf, may at any time enter and inspect any part of the stadium the exclusive use of which is granted under section 4 of the Ordinance.
5. Except with the express permission of the manager, no person shall introduce any animal into the stadium.
6. (1) The manager, or any member of the staff duly authorized by him in that behalf, may direct any person to leave the stadium or any part thereof-
(a) who he has reason to believe has committed or is about to commit any offence punishable under the Summary Offences Ordinance or these by-laws; or
(b) who refuses to obey any reasonable order given by him in furtherance of the proper management of the stadium.

(2) Any person who fails to leave the stadium when so directed by the manager pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and may, in addition to any penalty to which he may become liable, forthwith be removed from the stadium or any part thereof at the discretion of the manager.
7. No person shall wilfully obstruct the manager or any member of the staff in the lawful performance of his duty or wilfully obstruct, disturb, interrupt or annoy any other person in the lawful use of the stadium or of any of the facilities provided for use therein,

(1) Any person who brings or causes to be brought into, or drives within the stadium, any vehicle shall comply with all directions given by the manager, or any member of the staff duly authorized by him in that behalf, for the control of traffic in the stadium and with any notices or signs governing the movement of traffic or imposing speed limits or defining parking areas and closed areas, which the manager may affix or set up in the stadium.
(2) Nothing in paragraph (1) shall derogate from the power conferred on a police officer by the Road Traffic Ordinance in respect of the control and regulation of traffic.
9.
No person shall-
(a) wilfully or negligently deface, injure, soil, defils or other- wise damage any wall or any fence in or enclosing the stadium, or any building, barrier, cailing, post or seat or any structure of any kind whatever, or any equipment, apparatus, fitting or facility provided for use in the stadium:
(b) wilfully or negligently remove any equipment, apparatus
or fitting provided for use in the stadium;
(c) climb any wall or fence in or enclosing the stadium, or any building or any barrier, railing, post or other struc-
ture:
(d) within the stadium use any obscene language to the
annoyance of any person;
(e) within the stadium throw any litter, paper or rubbish. save into the bins or containers provided for such pur- poses
(0) within the stadium conduct himself otherwise than in a
decent and orderly manner.
10. Except with the written permission of the manager and subject to such conditions as he may impose, no person sball alħix
