POST OFFICE ORDINANCE. (Chapter 98).
POST OFFICE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Post Office (Amend. Citation and ment) Regulations 1971 and shall come into operation on the
Ist July 1971.
Commencement.
14 Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by Amendment of deleting the definition of "commercial paper".
3. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the following-

4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is revoked.

Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended- (a) by deleting paragraph (2); and
(b) in paragraph (4), by deleting "Small packets shall be subject to the requirements for samples of merchandise as regards form, make up and packing (eg. they shall be sent in such a manner as to be casily examined)." and substituting the following—
"Small packets shall be sent in such a manner as to be easily examined".
