(1A) An application under paragraph (1) shall be delivered to the Registrar, together with four copies of a photograph of the applicant of a size not greater than two inches by two and three-quarters inches and not less than one and one-half inches by two and one-quarter inches."; and

(b) in paragraph (2) by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and sub-

stituting the following-

"(b) evidence of identity in the form of a statement

(D) a barrister-at-law, commissioner for oaths, justice of the peace, minister of religion, regis- tered medical practitioner or solicitor, if the applicant is resident in Hong Kong; or

(ii) a commissioner for oaths, or notary public, if the applicant is resident outside Hong Kong,

to the effect that the applicant for registration is personally known to him and is in fact the person whose Dame appears on the application:",

4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is Amended—

(a) in Form ! by inserting immediately below "REGISTER.”
