An Ordinance to amend the Public Health (Animals and Birds)

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health (Animals and Birds) (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

The long tille of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "animals and birds" the following—

" to make provision relating to the slaughter for human consumption of animals and birds, the processing and export of the carcases thereof.

3.

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by being renumbered as subsection (1);
