3. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting paragraph (f) and substituting the following new para- graph-

4. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "in Council"" and substituting the following-

", after considering the advice of the Public Services Com- mission,"

An Ordinance to amend the Dogs and Cats Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dogs and Cats (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (4) by deleting "seven" and substituting the following—

"four".
