An Ordinance to amend further the Full Court Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof

Short title,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Full Court (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1970.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following new section-

"Constitu Goo and precedence.

3. (1) There shall be a Full Court which shall as occasion requires be constituted by two or more judges as the Chief Justice may direct and shall be composed of such judges as the Chief Justice may direct
