本規例規定任何人造糖或含有人造齋之食物或飲品必須在容器上清楚標明故親 品所含人造糖之期別及份量。

MIDWIVES REGISTRATION ORDINANCE. (Chapter 162).

MIDWIVES (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Midwives Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Midwives (Regis- tration and Disciplinary Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1969.

2. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting paragraph (3) and substituting the following paragraphs-

"(3) Paragraphs (1) and (2) shall not apply to any person who-

(2) is a midwife of Her Majesty's armed forces

while serving on full pay in the Colony; or (b) is a midwife in the full time employment of the

Government of Hong Kong.

(A) Paragraph (2) shall not apply to any person who is employed full time in any institution prescribed in the Fourth Schedule and who acts as a midwife from time to time in the course of such employment.".

Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended- (2) in paragraph (3), by deleting "twenty-eight days (in- cluding public holidays)" and substituting the following-

"fourteen days, excluding public holidays,”; and (b) in the proviso to paragraph (4), by deleting "the time lost from training may be made up upon the condition that the pupil undergoes additional training at the rate of one week's training for every month or part of a month, excluding the first, during which her course of training is interrupted" and substituting the following-

"the pupil may be permitted to complete the course of training which she commenced before the inter- ruption on production, if the interruption was due to the pupil's illness, of a medical certificats signed by the medical officer in charge of the hospital at which she was undergoing training or signed by a registered medical practitioner and countersigned by the medical officer in charge of the hospital".
