DELEGATION OF FINANCIAL POWERS.

In accordance with Colonial Regulation 223(2)(c) and the Resolution of Legislative Council passed on the 13th day of August 1969 the Governor has delegated the powers conferred on him by Colonial Regulation 223(2)(b) to the Financial Secretary and the Deputy Financial Secretary on condition that the addi tional provision authorized does not exceed a sum of $75,000 in the case of the Financial Secretary and of half that amount in the case of the Deputy Financial Secretary,
