DELEGATION OF FINANCIAL POWERS.

In accordance with the provisions of Colonial Regulation 223(2)(c) and the Resolution of the Legislative Council passed on the 13th day of August 1969 the Governor has delegated such of the powers conferred upon him by Colonial Regulation 223(2)(0) and the Resolution of the Legislative Council passed on the 13th day of August 1969 as are speciɓed in the Schedule to the Resolu- tion to the extent specified in the third column thereof to the public officers mentioned in the fourth column thereof.
