DELEGATIONS BY GOVERNOR.
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers cgaferred upon him by section 63 of the Interpreta- tion and Gencral Clauses Ordinance, the Governor did on the thirty-first day of January 1969 delegate the persons holding the office of Assistant Director of Social Welfare and Senior Principal Social Welfare Officer (Probation and Corrections Division) to exercise on his behalf the powers vested in him by sections 19 and 21 of the Industrial and Reformatory Schools Ordinance (Chapter 225).
