DELEGATION BY GOVERNOR.

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 63 of the Interpreta- tion and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor did on the thirty-first day of January 1969 delegate the person holding the office of Assistant Director of Social Welfare to exercise on his behalf the powers vested in him by section 12 of the Industrial and Reformatory Schools Ordinance (Chapter 225),
