DISTRICT COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FORMS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) RULES 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and Procedure) Ordinance, the District Court Rules Committee has made the following rules-

1. These rules may be cited as the District Cour Civil Procedure (Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1970 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and Procedure) (Amend- ment) Ordinance* 1970.

2. The First Schedule to the principal rules is deleted and replaced by the following-

Citation and COMUTKACZMEAL

Deletion and replacement of First Schedule.
