POISONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance. the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with the approval of the Legislative Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amend. Citation. ment) Regulations 1970,

Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the definition of "medicine for the internal treal- ment of human ailments", the following new definition-

""registrar" means the Director of Medical and Health
