Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the rules, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

These rules amend the principal rules by adding forms of orders to be made in proceedings for the recovery of a civil debl under the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Ordinance 1970, and forms of complaint and summons for use in claims of any type of civil debt.

RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL,

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 29 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance on the 7th day of October 1970.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Poisons (Amendment) Regula- tions 1970, made by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board on the 4th day of August 1970, be approved.
