Explanatory Note.

(This More is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

Regulations 2 and 4 amend the principal regulations by adding two new forms-the Commencement of Tenancy Notice and the Commence- ntent of Occupation Notice,

Regulation 5 provides for the charges listed in the Sixth Schedule to apply to outside seating for restaurants in Mark V and VI Blocks and for single storey restaurants in commercial Blocks.

Regulation 3 makes a minor amendment consequential upon # change in the Ordinance.
