PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 132).

PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Public Swimming Pools (Amendment) By-laws 1970.

2. The principal by-laws are amended by adding after by- law 10 the following new by-law----

"Fees for

the use of

a public

address

Cystern.

10A. The following fees shall be payable to the Council for the use of the public address system installed at swimming pools-

For the first hour

$15

For each additional hour or part thereof $ 5.".

Made by the Urban Council this 2nd day of June 1970.

Explanatory Note.

(This Nate is not part of the by-laws, but is intended

These by-laws enable the Urban Council to charge a fee for the use

of the public address system installed at public swimming pools.
