ROAD TRAFFIC (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations

1. These regulations may be cited as the-Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles)-(Amendment) Regula- tions 1970.

2. The Third Schedule amended by deleting item 4.

Explanatory Note.

(This Note te not part of the regulations, but fa faltended to indicate their general purport).

The effect of the amendment contained in these regulations is to remove the concessionary licence fee payable by the Kowloon Motor Bus Company and the China Motor Bus Company. In consequence of the removal of this concession the two companies will now pay the fee applicable to a public omnibug which is $10 plus $30 for each scal for a passcoger la the bus.
