Amendment.
(2) Rules 2 and 4 are amended by deleting "magistrate's clerk" wherever it occurs and sub- stituting in each case the following-
"Registrar of the District Court".
The Schedule is amended-
(1) in Forms 1, 2 and 1 by deleting "magistrate or justice of the peace", ***magistrate/justice of the peace" and **Magistrate/Justice of the Peace" wher- ever they occur and substituting in cach case the following—
"District Judge":
(2) in Form 2 by deleting "*Delete which-
ever is inapplicable";
(3) in Formas 3 and 8 by deleting "Majis- trate" wherever il occurs and substituting in each case the following-
*District Judge".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Partition Ordinance

Subject to this Ordinance, where any property in land is held by two or more persons, whether as joint tenants or us tenants in common, the Court may-
(0) make an order under section 4 for a partition of the
property:
(6) make an order under section 6 for a sale of the property:
or
(c) refuse to make any order.
