Amendment of

3.

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

section 5.

(a) in paragraph (f) by deleting "and" in the last place where

it occurs;

(b) in paragraph (g) by deleting the colon and substituting

the following-

": and";

(c) by inserting after paragraph (g) the following-

Op. 220.3

"(h) the use or operation of private light buses and public light buses in accordance with the Road Trafic Ordinance :"

Au Ordinance to transfer certain civil jurisdiction conferred on magistrates to the District Court and for connected purposes.

[4th July, 1969.]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the District Court (Extended Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1969.

Short title.

2. The Ordinance specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended to the extent and in the manner set out in the second column of the Schedule.

3. Any proceedings before a magistrate which have been commenced but not disposed of before the coming into operation of this Ordinance shall be continued before a magistrate as if this Ordinance had not been enacted.
