Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
section 5.
(a) in paragraph (g) by deleting "and" in the last place where
it occurs;
(b) in paragraph (k) by deleting the colon and substituting
the following-
"; and":
(c) by inserting after paragraph (7) the following-

An Ordinance to amend further the Public Transport Services
(Kowloon and New Territories) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Transport Services (Kowloon and New Territories) (Amendment) Ordinance 1969, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by adding after the definition of "grant" the following-
( 13)
"private light bus" and "public light bus" mean a motor vehicle registered under the Road Traffic Ordinance as a private light bus or public light bus, as the case may be:"
