L. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1969.

(2) The amendments to the principal Ordinance made by sections 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 3rd day of May 1947.

1. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (2) by deleting "the prescribed form" and substituting the following-

"such form as the Board of Inland Revenue may specify".
