Penalty for wilful default.

section 6.

shall not be reckoned in the computation of that time.

II. A person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of section 7, 8 or 9 shall not incur any penalty for such default unless the default is wilful.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the New Territories (Amendment) Ordinance 1969.

2. Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
