An Ordinance to amend further the Telecommunication Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunication (Amendment) Ordinance 1968.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, after the definition of "radiocommunication". the following

**"sound broadcast receiving apparatus” means an apparatus which is capable of receiving sound only, transmitted by means of radiocommunication or by wire for reception by the general public;"
