DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, the Governor in Council has mede the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1968 and shall come into operation on the ist day of January 1969.

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended in the proviso-

(a) by inserting, at the end of paragraph (c), the following-

(b) by delosting paragraph (đ).

Regulation & of the principal regulations is amended-

(a) by deleting the colon and substituting therefor a full

stop; and

(b) by deleting the proviso.

4.

Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (5)

(a) by deleting the colon and substituting therefor a full

stop; and

(b) by deleting the proviso.

Regulation 183 of the principal regulations is amended

in the table to paragraph (1)—

(a) in item 3, in paragraph (a) of the second column by

deleting "exceeding 50 lb. but”: and

(b) in item 4, in the second column, by deleting "other

manufactured fireworks in quamílities not ib.".
