Amendment of Schedule II.

(ii) by deleting "80.00" in the third column and sub- stituting therefor the following-

(g) in Fee No. 37, by deleting "80.00" in the third column

and substituting therefor the following-

3. Schedule II to the principal rules is amended-

(a) in Form TM-No. 3, by deleting "$60." and substitul-

ing therefor the following-

**$75."; and

(b) in Form TM-No. 44, by deleting "$80." and substitut-

ing therefor the following-

MONEY-LENDERS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 163).

ORDER OF EXEMPTION.

In pursuance of the powers conferred by paragraph (d) of section 6 of the Money-lenders Ordinance, Chapter 163, it is hereby ordered by the Governor in Council that the Malayan Finance Corporation Limited, whose address is Pacific House, Queen's Road Central, first floor, Hong Kong be exempted from registration as a money-lender under the provisions of the said Ordinance for a period of two years from the 18th day of February 1968, or until the earlier revocation of this order by ths. Governor in Council.
