TRADE MARKS (AMENDMENT) RULES 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following rules--

1. These rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amend- ment) Rules 1968, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of July 1968.

Schedule 1 to the principal rules is amended-

(a) in Fee No. 3, by deleting "60.00" in the third column)

and substituting therefor the following--

and substituting therefor the following-

(i) by deleting “$1,200" in the second column and substituting therefor the following—

and substituting therefor the following--

(e) in Fee No. 21a–

(i) by deleting "80.00" in the third column and sub- stituting therefor the following-

(ii) by deleting "5.00" in the third column and sub- stituting therefor the following-

(i) by deleting "$1,600" in the second column and substituting therefor the following-
