(Chapter 56).

BOILERS AND PRESSURE RECEIVERS (FORMS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Boilers and Pressure Receivers Ordinance, the Registrar of Boilers and Pressure Receivers has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Bailers and Pressure Receivers (Forms) (Amendment) Order 1968.

1. The principal order is amended by adding the following new paragraph after paragraph 4–

"Farm of notice of

Danes of

competent

persons in employment.

Schoude Parm 5.

5. The form of a notice of the names of com- petent persons in employment shall be in Form 5 in the Schedule.”.

Addition of new paragraph 5.

The Schedule to the principal order is amended-

(a) by deleting "[paras. 2, 3 & 4)" opposite "SCHEDULE."

and substituting the following-

"paras. 2. 3. 4 & 5.): and

(b) by inserting the following new form after Form 4--

"FORM 5.
