5. Part II of the First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended as follows-

(1) Under the heading "A. PASSENGER STEAMERS AND

SAFETY CERTIFICATES."-

(4) in the sub-heading, by deleting "The following fees shall be payable for surveys- -" and substituting the following-

"The following fees shall be payable for surveys and shall include the issue in duplicate of the appropriate certificate-":

(b) by deleting paragraph 7 and substituting the following-

"7. For the survey of the hull in dry dock

and for the issue of a Bottom Certif- Fee

(a) in the case of ships holding pas- senger certificates either issued by or recognized by the Government

(i) for ships not exceeding 10,000
