An Ordinance to amend further the Lameny Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Larceny (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1967,

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 50, the following new section--

"Presump

tions for

purposes of Section 50.

50A. (1) Where-

(a) any choque or other bill of exchange bears any writing purporting to be written by or on behalf of the bank or other person on whom the cheque or bill of exchange was drawn and indicating that payment of the cheque or bill of exchange was refused upon presentation on or after becoming duet or
