An Ordinance further to amend the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Clinics (Amend- Short tide ment) Ordinance 1966, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of and com November, 1966.

2. Section 2 of the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion in of section 2. the definition "clinic", after paragraph (0). of the following new (27 of 1963). paragraph-

any hospital or maternity home in respect of which a person is registered under the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordin- ance, or any clinic maintained by any such hospital or maternity home:".
