An Ordinance further to amend the Buildings Ordinance 1955.
(1st September, 1966.)
Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
cousent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amendment) Short title Ordinance 1966, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of and com September, 1966.

2. Section 5 of the Buiklings Ordinance 1955 (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-

(a) by the deletion of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor 1960 Reprint).
of the following new subsection-
"(3) The chairman of any such disciplinary board shall be the legal adviser appointed to the board in accord- ance with paragraph (c) of subsection (2)."; and
(6) by the insertion, after subsection (4), of the following new
subsection--
"(5) The members of any disciplinary board appoint- ed under this section, other than persons who are in full- time employment in any office of emolument under the
