The amendment to paragraph (3) of rale 73 of Order XVII arises from a judgment of the Court delivered in OJ. Action 884 of 1964, and aim o clarify the procedure under the rule.
2. Order XXV of the Code of Civil Procedure was revoked by section 35 of the Arbitration Ordinance 1963. The amendment contained in rule 3 of the rufes restores the former rules 14 to 24 of Order XXV which state the procedure for reference to referees.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Education Ordinance 1952, the Governor in Council has made the following | regulations-
