In addition to the above changes, the applications of persons whos names are not on the provisional register but who apply to be included in the final register are required to be available for inspection in the registration officer's office for a specified period and objections (determinable by the revising officer) may be made to any such application. URBAN COUNCIL ELECTIONS (PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1966.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Urban Council Ordinance 1955, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Council Elections Citation Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1965, and shall come into and com operation on the commencement of the Urban Council (Amendment) (12 of 1966). Ordinance 1966.

(i) a reference to the 1st day of July shall be substituted for
